1. The agreement
These terms govern participation in the affiliate program operated by Internovas Limited
(“Internovas”), a private company registered in Belize under number 000040512,
with its registered office at 2118 Guava Street, Alpha Business Center, Belama Phase 1, Belize City, Belize. By submitting an
application and using the program, the applicant (“Affiliate”) agrees to
these terms. Individual commission arrangements (revenue share, CPA, hybrid,
sub-affiliate) are agreed per account and prevail over the indicative rates shown on
this website.
2. Eligibility and registration
- Affiliates must be at least 18 years old and, where acting for a business, duly authorized to represent it.
- Applications are subject to review; Internovas may accept or decline any application at its discretion.
- Registration information must be accurate and kept up to date, including payout details.
3. Affiliate obligations
- Promote partner brands only with truthful, non-misleading materials that accurately reflect actual offers and their conditions.
- Do not target minors, and do not market in jurisdictions excluded by the relevant brand.
- No spam, cookie stuffing, forced clicks, misuse of brand trademarks (including restricted PPC bidding), self-referrals or other fraudulent traffic practices.
- Comply with applicable advertising, data-protection and marketing laws in the markets where you promote.
4. Tracking and commissions
- Referred players are attributed via the tracking links provided in the partner dashboard.
- Commissions are calculated monthly on the basis of the tracking platform’s records, which are decisive absent manifest error.
- Revenue-share rates depend on monthly new depositing players as published on the Commissions page or as individually agreed.
- Fraudulent, self-referred or prohibited-jurisdiction traffic is not commissionable and may lead to suspension or termination.
5. Payouts
- Commissions are paid monthly by international wire transfer, Neteller or Skrill to the account registered by the Affiliate.
- Internovas may withhold payment where fraud investigation is pending or where required by law.
6. Term and termination
Either party may terminate the partnership at any time with notice. Internovas may
terminate immediately for breach of these terms, fraud or unlawful conduct. Commissions
properly earned before termination are paid out in the ordinary payment cycle;
commissions attributable to breach are forfeited.
7. Liability
The program is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, Internovas
is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, downtime of tracking or brand
platforms, or changes to brand offers. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that
cannot lawfully be excluded.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Belize. Disputes are subject to the exclusive
jurisdiction of the competent courts of Belize, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
