Compliance

Responsible marketing, by design

Internovas is a marketing company. We do not operate gaming sites, hold player funds or process player payments. What we do control is how our network markets, and we hold it to clear standards.

Partner vetting

Every affiliate application is reviewed before activation. We look at traffic sources, promotional methods and website content, and we decline partners whose methods don’t meet our standards.

Adults only, 18+

Our marketing services target adults of legal gambling age only. Partners must not direct advertising at minors or use content, channels or targeting designed to appeal to them.

Honest advertising

No misleading claims, no “guaranteed winnings”, no misrepresentation of bonus terms. Promotional materials must accurately reflect the brands’ actual offers and their conditions.

Jurisdictional restrictions

Partner brands define the markets where they accept players, and our partners are required to respect those restrictions. Traffic from prohibited jurisdictions is not compensated.

Data protection

We process partner and visitor data in line with our privacy policy, use cookie consent management on our website, and limit data collection to what the program requires.

Responsible gaming support

We support the responsible-gaming measures of the brands we work with, and our partners are encouraged to include responsible-gaming messaging and links to help resources in their content.

Standards, applied by people

Every campaign is reviewed by a person

Vetting is not a checkbox exercise here. New partner applications, promotional materials and traffic sources go through a human review before anything goes live, and periodic checks keep them within the standards on this page.

When something does not meet the bar, we say so and explain why. Partners get clear guidelines up front, which keeps surprises rare on both sides.
